🎈💗 IMPORTANT UPDATE – LH BALLOONS NEW BOOKING SYSTEM 💗🎈

After such a busy few weeks and struggling to keep on top of the number of messages coming into my inbox, I’ve had to make the decision to change how I take bookings.

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business. It really does mean the world to me! 🧡

However, going forward, the best and quickest way to get your booking secured is by TELEPHONE. 📞

📞 TELEPHONE BOOKINGS
You can call on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays to get your bookings arranged.

🏠 POPPING INTO THE SHOP
You’re welcome to pop in on Tuesdays and Saturdays, but PLEASE call beforehand to check I’m there. I could be out completing a setup, collecting stock or making a delivery, and I’d hate for anyone to have a wasted journey.

💌 SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES
This is where I’m struggling the most at the moment. I’m receiving so many messages that replies can take up to 7 working days, and sometimes longer if your booking isn’t urgent or coming up soon.

Unfortunately, by the time I get around to replying, some customers have already booked elsewhere. I completely understand this, but I simply cannot keep up with the volume of messages coming through.

Please include as much information as possible in your first message, including your date, theme, name, age and exactly what you’re looking for. This really helps!

🙏 PLEASE BE PATIENT AND AVOID SENDING MULTIPLE MESSAGES. Sending several messages won’t make a reply come any quicker and can make it harder for me to keep track of enquiries.

LH Balloons isn’t just a hobby I do in my spare time. This is my business, my livelihood and what helps pay my bills. Behind every balloon display is time, preparation, stock, creativity, hard work and costs.

I will always do my best to offer beautiful balloon creations and great service, but please understand that I cannot always reply instantly, accommodate last-minute requests or offer everything at a cheap price. My time and work have value, just like yours do. 💗

📅 PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE WHERE POSSIBLE to give yourself the best chance of securing your date.
