Tillicoultry Centenary Hall

Tillicoultry Centenary Hall The Hall is a community resource used by many groups from Senior citizens to Zumba and Karate. It is also available for hire for parties and functions.

The Tillicoultry Centenary Hall can be hired at a rate of £20 per hour for commercial lets and £10 per hour for all other lets. There is also a £10 charge for the use of the kitchen facilities. All booking can be secured with a £30 deposit. As of 1st September we are having to increase our prices to £25 per hour for commercial lets and £15 per hour for all other lets. This is due to the increase in gas and electric charges.

The Hall AGM will be held on Saturday 27th June at 10am.
We are in need of new committee members to help with the running of the hall.
Meetings are held every 2 months on a Wednesday night. Help is needed to open the hall for lets and help with minor maintenance work.
If you are able to help us keep the hall open for the community please come along to the AGM and support us or if you cannot make the 27th but would still like to help please send us an e mail at [email protected]

We would like to thank everyone who has given membership money to the Tilly Ladies . We are very grateful to all of you and also to the Tilly Ladies for collecting this money for us. We could not have reached so any people without your help.
We also need to thank Jacqueline Cavellini for her donation and collecting from her friend also.

A new yoga class is starting this Friday 22nd May at 9.15am - 10.15 True North Yoga presents Earth and Breathe in the Centenary Hall. This is suitable for complete beginners or practiced yogis alike

Membership fees are now due for this year. £1 which can be handed to any committee member or put into the post box on the gate. Please leave us a note of who the money is from.

We are grateful to everyone who supports us as it helps to keep the hall open. We have had an expensive year as we had to have a new boiler put in which has made a big difference to the heating and we had to have the electrics checked and updated to pass the EICR certificate ( a sort of electric MOT) so every donation helps.

We are also in real need of new committee members to help with the running of the hall. This is not an onerous task. Normal meetings are held every 2 months on a Wednesday evening and generally last about an hour.

Our next meeting is the AGM which is on Saturday 27th June at 10am. Please come along and help us if you are free

The Hall committee would like to thank everyone who made donations and became members this year. We are very grateful to every one of you including Woods Coaches and Donna Dickie who made extremely generous donations.
We are also very grateful to the Tilly Ladies for collecting membership money for us. We could never have reached such a wide audience without your help. Thank you very much.
The hall is available for community use and this helps us to continue to keep it open.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held in the hall on Saturday 21st June at 10am.

New committee members are needed to help keep the hall running successfully. Please come along if you would like to help.

Annual membership fees are now due. £1 per person which helps towards the running of the hall and allows members to vote at the AGM

Fees can be paid to committee members or put into an envelope and into the letterbox on the gate

Thank you very much to everyone who attended the AGM and to those who expressed an interest in coming on to the committee. We had an excellent response and things are looking much better for the future of the management of the hall.
