Diary of a Craftaholic
I just popped in for a spool of thread,
Came out with ribbon, five paints, and some red.
The red was on sale—I had to, okay?
Besides, I might need it one crafty day.
There’s glue on my fingers, ink on my face,
My dining room’s now a “creative space.”
I have no clean mugs, but plenty of twine,
And ten half-finished projects? Totally fine.
My partner just sighs, "Another new stash?"
But sequins are cheaper than therapy cash.
I dream of glitter and wake with a plan—
To bedazzle a spoon or upcycle a can.
So don’t judge my mess, or the craft store haul,
This chaos? It’s joy. It’s my glitter-streaked call.
Because life’s just better with scissors and flair—
Now pass me that glue gun... if you dare!
