We pride ourselves on being a fully carbon neutral company by keeping the planet in mind and delivering sustainbale events.

We have been operating locally for nine years, based on the border between Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Having previously operated nationally, we now work within a restricted radius of Oxford, to reduce our travel time and carbon footprint.

Celebrating 50 years of Sobell House 🎉

To help celebrate 50 years of Sobell House, we have been taking part in their 50 for 50 campaign, by lighting up 50 different landmarks throughout the county to mark this milestone anniversary.

Community impact is important to us as we strive to create positive action on local charities. By taking part in this campaign, we're shining a light on the incredible work that Sobell House does to support people, families and carers in Oxfordshire.

The campaign will continue throughout the year, with more locations set to be lit up towards the end of 2026.

When you get feedback like this, it really puts a smile on your face 😄

We delivered a project for Oxfordshire Greentech, supplying lighting and AV equipment for their conference in March.

Our approach to pre-event preparation, on-site set up and event delivery resonated with them, and took away the stresses of hosting a prestigious and busy conference.

We were happy to play our part in this event and make sure it was a success!

Sustainability isn't something you arrive at overnight.

For James Walton, our Founder and MD, it's been a personal journey as much as a business one, and B Corp certification is a big milestone that we're incredibly proud of.

It hasn't been plain sailing and we know we're not perfect, but we are always striving to better ourselves and are working very hard to be the best we can be for our clients, our staff and for the environment.

We're delighted to share that THAT event company is now Certified B Corp 🎉

It's the result of several years' work looking closely at how we operate, from staff policies and waste management to how we plan and deliver events.

B Lab UK verified us against some of the toughest social and environmental standards out there. We're proud to have met them and we now join a global community of over 10,000 B Corps.

🗣️ Founder James Walton said: “Receiving the B Corp Certification is an incredibly proud moment, marking a significant landmark in our journey and relentless commitment to sustainability."

Along the way we've introduced electric vehicles, kept our operations local to our HQ, prioritised reusing and recycling equipment, and built our own carbon-reporting system to help clients understand the impact of their event equipment.

We've also introduced a four-day working week for our staff, ensuring their wellbeing is prioritised in what can be a very demanding events industry.

This certification isn't the end of the process. It's a framework that will keep us accountable as we look for new ways to reduce our impact.
