But, it’s almost make or break time people of Thame. You’ve had Valentine’s Day, so let’s make this weekend meaty.
5 hours to secure some seriously good bbq.
Our butcher is ready on speed dial, so get your order in now!
1) Our Signature Pulled Pork Bun – we’ve spent 10 years perfecting our pork – £8 per roll
o It starts with a beautiful pork shoulder
o Rubbed in Louisiana style spices & smoked for 8-10 hours over cherry wood until fall apart tender
o Rested, pulled by hand, and smothered in BBQ sauce
o Served in a proper white roll, with homemade pink pickled onions & sliced gherkin
2) The BBQ Plate – for when you need more than pork - £13 per plate
o A generous portion of our signature Louisiana BBQ pulled pork
o Slices of unctuous grass fed Texas style brisket – rubbed in simple salt & pepper, before smoking for 10-12 hours
o Accompanied by a side of homemade smoky pit beans
o Refreshing homemade slaw
o Includes a proper white roll, homemade pink pickled onions & sliced gherkin
3) A little something extra?
o Pit Beans - £3.50 per pot
o House Slaw - £2 per pot
o Pink Pickles - £1 per pot
Pork can be served without BBQ sauce on request
All food will be served fresh, in eco-friendly packaging

As it’s our first takeaway event, we’re limiting ourselves to 70 portions & it will be on a first come first served basis.
When it’s gone it’s gone – but don’t worry we’ll be back!

Make sure you tell us of any allergens when you order – we can provide full details of allergens, however as all prepared in the same space, we cannot guarantee anything as ‘free from’.
We’ll give you an order number to quote on arrival.
Collections from Thame only – on Saturday 17th we are serving between 17:00 – 20:00, let us know your preferred time & we shall book you in as close to the time as we can.
