Throwback to a brilliant couple of days delivering one of our clients’ annual double conference at De Vere Wokefield — with Lois, Emma and Millie onsite to bring it all to life 🤩

Blessed with beautiful sunshine, guests enjoyed garden games out on the grounds and a cute ice cream trike to keep everyone cool — the perfect summer setting. Indoors, the client’s supplier stands were buzzing, with beer and cocktails flowing for guests to enjoy ☀️🍹🍺

✨ Two jam-packed days for the brands saw around 160 attendees enjoying inspiring talks, guest speakers, buzzing supplier sessions and glamorous awards dinners ✨

The evenings wrapped up in style with an awards gala dinner, music, pizza and great company — making it a week to remember 🎶

Emma and Millie have been putting in the steps (1000s of them!) in Dublin, visiting over 30 hotels in only 3 days, all in the quest to find the perfect accommodation for 3,000 delegates at next year’s event.

Another successful event delivered in Manchester 👏🎓

Last week we had the pleasure of delivering an annual graduation awards and celebration event in Manchester, bringing graduates and their families together to recognise achievements and mark an important milestone.

The day began at Bridgewater Hall before guests made their way to The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel for an afternoon of networking, entertainment and celebration.

This is an event we deliver every year and it’s always a pleasure to work alongside the same fantastic venue and our trusted suppliers, who all know the event inside out.

The event featured:
🎈 Light-up letters and a balloon arch for a welcoming arrival
📸 A photo booth, photographer and videographer to capture the day
✨ A magician entertaining guests throughout the afternoon
🥂 Delicious food and drinks to round off the celebrations

Christmas planning is a tough job, but someone’s got to do it 🍽️✨

Last week, we joined our client at Albert’s Schloss Soho for a menu tasting ahead of their December Christmas party and let’s just say we took our research very seriously. From the Schnacks to the Smorgasbords, every single dish delivered (we may have rolled out of there!)

With live entertainment, Alpine glamour and dancing on the tables positively encouraged, we already know the attendees are in for an unforgettable night.

Bringing summer events to life ☀️✨

Last week Katie had the pleasure of delivering a fantastic summer party at , beautifully moored on the Thames with views of Tower Bridge.

Despite it being the hottest day of the year, it was the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening filled with entertainment, great food and plenty of summer vibes.

Guests enjoyed:

This week, Cassie and Emma spent a few days in Liverpool organising a 2 day conference for a client. From engaging breakout sessions to incredible street food and an evening spent cheering on England together, this conference at Titanic Hotel Liverpool had it all! ⚽🍔🏨

When eating your way through two starters, four mains, two puddings and the wine pairings is all in the name of research and quality control… well, someone’s got to do it…🍴 Lois spent some time at De Vere Wokefield with her client, tasting their way through the menu for a Gala Dinner in July. We don’t doubt the food is going to be absolutely fabulous on the night ✨

What a night at the Treehouse Hotel London! 🌳⚽

Lois was onsite last night for a fabulous event bringing networking and football together. Guests were welcomed with a glass of English sparkling wine (only right!), with a great range of drinks on offer through the evening and a cold beer never goes amiss with the football on. To start, a spread of delicious canapés and guacamole with tortilla chips.

From there, it was on to the bowl food — a great mix of options including Chicken Fajita Bowls and beef sliders, with plenty to go round. And for a half-time treat? Madera churros with spiced sugar, chocolate sauce and dulce de leche, plus lemon tart with coconut crumble. A proper crowd-pleaser.

A relaxed, enjoyable evening with a good mix of conversation and football — the perfect way to bring people together in great company.

Good food, good company, and a match to enjoy. Come on England! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🥂
