Terms and Conditions
1. 50% non-refundable deposit/ booking fee is required to secure your order with the full balance to be paid 2 days prior to delivery.
2. Delivery days and times are to be mutually agreed between Balloontastic and our customer.
4. We run on a 1 week lead time, however please get in contact if you need something sooner and we will do our best to accommodate!
5. We take the
utmost care in creating your balloons, however once we have delivered, the responsibility is transferred to the customer.
6. However we do advise you dispose of them correctly and do not let any float away as they can be harmful to the environment and still take 6 months - 4 years to degrade.
6b. Temperature can effect the balloons in multiple ways - we recommend room temperature for all of our balloons to ensure they last as long as possible. Do not leave the balloons in a hot car, the air can expand as cause them to pop! Likewise, do not submit the balloons to cold temperatures as this can effect float times.
6c. If your balloons become wet/get rained on, this can cause them to droop - let them dry and they will slowly begin to go back to normal.
6d. Please keep away from sharp objects and pets. Lights, paint textures, irregular surfaces and even static can pop a balloon.
6e. Clear balloons become cloudy quickly, especially when exposed to heat and sunlight. Coloured balloons will take on a velvety, matte appearance.
6f. As some of our balloons are latex please be aware of allergies surrounding this and any signs or symptoms.
6g. Float time for our helium balloons varies dependant on material of balloon so please take this into consideration, especially when ordering a bouquet. Latex balloons float from 5-7 hours
Foil balloons 7+ days
Latex coated with HI-FLOAT (available at 30p per balloon) will float for around 7 days.
