What I do

I would like to introduce myself. I am Shaun Ede, I have over thirty years hands on experience in multiple industries and roles. In 2018 I decided to embark on a self employment route and start my own consulting company utilising my thirty years experience to offer small to medium sized businesses affordable and bespoke ISO & BRC implementation, on-going support along with first and second party auditing and business efficiency or quality improvement project support.

I believe my experience in specialist, pharmaceutical, food packaging and general manufacturing in all roles ranging production, quality & compliance management enable me to evaluate and understand the real needs and challenges faced by companies to tailor my approach to ensure I add value and am seen as an integral member of your team rather than an outsider in a suit.
