The Cotswold Event Fair

It was great to see so much interest in our Cotswolds Wedding & Event Fair!

As an event company based in the Cotswolds, we know there’s a real need for an event like this, which is why we were keen to get things moving quickly.

After we posted our proposed dates, we had loads of great conversations with suppliers interested in exhibiting, both on our posts and through DMs. The response was brilliant, but the general consensus was that everyone was keen, we might just be giving people a little too little notice!

We’ve taken that on board, and the Cotswolds Wedding & Event Fair will now be pushed to Sunday September 20th 2026

Moving the date gives us much more time to get the word out far and wide, bring more people through the doors and give exhibitors plenty of time to prepare. It also takes us out of the summer holidays and away from the Bank Holiday weekend, making it a much better date for everyone.

We’re really looking forward to the inaugural event and to welcoming wedding couples, event planners, visitors and a fantastic mix of suppliers from the Cotswolds and beyond.
