A fantastic buffet setup prepared by our chefs this week for a training session at The Maple Suite 👏

The team did an amazing job and the feedback from everyone attending was brilliant!

On the menu was:

• Homemade cheese & tomato tartlets
• Brie wedges with sweet chilli dip
• Tiger prawns in filo pastry with a seafood dip
• Homemade ham & cheese pinwheels
• Beef & horseradish mini Yorkies finished with balsamic glaze
• Homemade pork & apple sausage rolls
• Tomato & olive tapenade on bruschetta
• Fresh sandwiches & wraps
• Plenty of sweet treats to finish 🍰

It was great to see the food set up in such a lovely modern training space at our HQ near Hortonwood, Telford.
