It's all going on in Saltburn this Saturday 10 May! A fantastic market from Curious Arts and Fuzzy Bosom with some amazing designers and makers. Find it at Saltburn Community & Arts Association New 12-4pm. Free entry and free goody bags for the first 20 visitors.
And also this Saturday is Saltburn Farmers' Market - great vibes and some incredible food. 9-2pm near the Railway Station.

💥 Dead Voices On Air took Saltburn Community & Arts Association New by storm on Saturday, heading up a pulsating behemoth of a triple bill 💥

Along with the incredible sets from Radio Massacre and Nathaniel Jamiel, this was an absolutely outstanding gig with a full house treated to projections, duck heads (yes you read that right - a cheeky guest pop up from Shrug's Rob Nichols. Thanks to everyone who came - what an experience!

Not long to wait for this thrilling night of genre bending experimental music with Dead Voices On Air: Dadu + Radio Massacre International + Nathaniel Jamiel [USA] at Saltburn Community & Arts Association New on Saturday 9 November.

Radio Massacre International are celebrating the release of their new album Galactic Furnace with a rare local performance in their native Teesside. In fact, despite having been together for 30 years and having played all over the world, it will be their first gig in the area they grew up in since their formative years in teenage bands!

The band are Steve Dinsdale, Duncan Goddard and Gary Houghton and they use vintage keyboards, sampled sounds and old school electronics to create a unique sound that fuses ambient with prog and krautrock influences.

They were the first band of any kind to play live at the famous Jodrell Bank observatory, the same week as they were featured in an MTV co-host which was broadcast across Europe. They've since released more than 50 albums on various labels including US imprint Cuneiform and can count six trips to the USA (including the prestigious NEARfest and Progweat festivals) and a host of European theatre shows on their mighty impressive CV.

Dead Voices on Air: Dadu is a collaboration between DVOA founder Mark Spybey and Stephen Weatherall, Martin Harvey and Gary Widdowfield. Expect dark ambience with powerful frenetic, equally joyful and harrowing sounds made with real instruments: guitars, bass and drums.
