Want to know how Ash lost 30kg and in doing so has transformed his life…?

When I met Ash it was clear that we had long journey ahead. He was lost in a routine that lacked structure with both his nutrition and lifestyle.

Goal setting 📝

We began by outlining some short, medium and long term goals to use as constant motivation to provide our transformation with a sense of purpose.

Training 🏋🏼‍♂️

We continue to see each other once per week for PT. Here we initially found movements that met Ash where he was.

These encompassed things he enjoyed doing, mixed with rehabilitating a broken collar bone and subsequent shoulder impingement.

Nutrition 🍔

As a lover of fast foods we implemented foods that increased his daily protein targets, yet allowed a degree of freedom so ensure it wasn’t too restrictive.

After all the BEST nutrition plan is the one YOU can stick to!

Accountability 👊🏼

We have set goals and put non-negotiable’s in place that have kept Ash accountable throughout the week.

Daily messages and check ins allow me to keep his progress consistent, and in doing so continue to build strong habits which better serve his new lifestyle.

Wednesday evening ladies strength circuits 🏋️‍♀️

Another epic blast with my groups this evening.

Under my supervision and guidance the girls smashed this evenings challenge. Which combined upper and lower body strength foundations, with an added sprinkling of metabolic conditioning. 🧚‍♀️

I run 2 evening sessions on a Wednesday and have spaces available in each.

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of the late Mr Benjamin John Fear, Ben passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital on Saturday 10th September 2022, aged 60.

Bens Thanksgiving Service will take place at St Andrews Church Taunton at 10am on Saturday 1st October and will be followed by the Committal Service at Sedgemoor Crematorium at 12noon, for those that do not wish to travel to the Committal Service, Ben’s wake will be held at the Greyhound Pub in Staple Fitzpaine at 12:45pm.

The Family have asked mourners to please dress in black and to bring a small flower to place on Ben's Coffin.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being gratefully received in memory of Ben for The Dogs Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support, These can be sent via E White and Son Funeral Directors.
