Race chip bands are to be worn on the right wrist, if in a team, this will need to be swapped in the pits area, if you come round without it your lap WILL NOT be counted.
There is a pits section after lap scoring, all team bikes are to be placed in the pit area ready for the swapping of bands for lap scoring, this cannot be done outside the pit area or you will get DNF.
Once you enter the white taped area for timing, this is STRICTLY walking pace only, and to STOP at timing, if you are going to fast you will be held before scanning your chip, then aloud to go or your lap may not count.
If for any reason the timing isn’t scanning your race bands, we may have to move to a manual system and you will need to STOP AND SHOUT your race number out at timing and wait to be told to go to make sure your lap is counted.
No refuelling is to be done outside of the pit area, all bike repairs are to be done inside the pits, if your bike leaves the pits and you return to your van you will DNF unless told to by a Marshall.
We have riding marshals and sited marshals on the track and if you are seen course cutting for any reason to gain an advantage or for any other reason, you will be reported and pulled off track by a Marshall and possible DNF.
You MUST stay within the taped areas at all times during the race.
There are going to be a few chances to gain some time, by doing the optional hard routes, saving you in some cases 20+ seconds.
Camping is available from the Friday night.
Catering serving throughout the day, toilets and medic will be on site plus Eastpoint Enduro with a parts stand and Les Liney for plews tyres and fitting.
In the afternoon of the race we will have a bar through until evening and a band playing in the marquee after the presentation.
After the race is over, we will be doing a trophy presentation, so please bare with us and hang around as it might take a bit of time to finalise the final results.
If 10 hours is still not enough for you, we also have Sunday playday practice track open 10-4pm.
We look forward to seeing you here for a brilliant weekend of riding and evening entertainment.
Any issues please speak to Adam or Lucy
Many thanks
