2022 is nearly over…

It’s been a scary and exciting time for me this year. I have taken a leap of faith and decided to change the direction of my life by focusing on doing things I love.

I’ll be honest, I’m not very good at this kind of thing, but here’s a bit about me…

I love snuggles with my crazy cockapoo
🐾
I relax by spending time pottering in the garden 🌿
I feel really passionate about saving our planet 🌍
and I have to start my day with a cup of tea! ☕️

Delphiniums in November…

The weather in Somerset is glorious today (which makes a change from the rain we’ve been having) but it has been so mild I have still managed to get my hands on some beautiful blooms thank you to 💙🌼

I thought the colours were perfect for my bowl which I love using for my designs. I just wish I had more of them!

The colours in this petite arrangement seem to reflect the darker evenings now the clocks have changed.

I don’t mind too much though as it gives me an excuse to cuddle up with the dog and drink hot chocolate! ☕️🕰️ 🐾

The evening light…

The nights are starting to draw in but the setting sun was beautiful this evening.

This bouquet was full of September flowers including Dahlia, Cosmos, Zinnia and zesty lime Amaranthus. I love that there are still bright colours even though Autumn is definitely on its way. 🍂

I was looking through old photographs and found this one of me (from a very long time ago!) dressed up as Eliza Doolittle from My Fair Lady.
