Next week i will be starting meal preps again, 2 dishes per week, can be frozen, so be sure to stock up. First week will be 2 favourites
Chilli loaded wedges with cheese, jalapeños and coriander
Spicy jerk chicken with rice
All meals will be provided with macros, under 500 caloriess per meal and under 5% fat

We all know how expensive "back to school shopping" can be. This year we will be holding a school uniform exchange. From now, anyone who has any preloved but still usable local school uniforms please bring them along to the community centre where we will be sorting and holding until the Summer holidays. Then we will be arranging a day for the local community to come along and help themselves to some school uniforms to help ease the pressure of getting the little ones ready for the new school year. We are at the community centre every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5-7.30. If you can't make these times please call Emma on 07914795059 and I will arrange to meet you there.
