Congratulations to Jan and Colin on your wedding 🥰

What a crazy weekend this has been.

If you’re a venue dresser, stylist or DIY bride who’s worked with burgundy… you’ll know the struggle 😅

From last-minute runarounds to a local saviour at Party Perfectionist, we somehow pulled everything together for what turned out to be one of my favourite weddings.

When “burgundy” isn’t actually burgundy…
Balloons decide to pop on the way…
And you’re making emergency trips into Hobbycraft for helium…

It went from a perfectly planned wedding to everything going wrong at the last minute.

But the end result? Completely worth it 🤍

A massive thank you to all the team at The Globe Inn — you’re amazing as always and it was so lovely catching up with you all.

And of course, thank you to Toni from Party Perfectionist who absolutely saved the day with roses that were actually burgundy 🙌

Yesterday I met Georgie from who dropped off these absolutely stunning cakes at a wedding I was decorating.

I was lucky enough to get a slice and honestly… I have no words.

Not only did they look incredible, it was hands down the best cake I’ve ever eaten. The flavours were unreal.
