“Enough is enough. I need to start prioritising me.”
These were the exact words my client Kate said to me before we worked together to accomplish this amazing transformation.
Kate had all the obstacles in her way:
Time
Money
Motivation
Stress
She was stuck on the hamster wheel of life trying to juggle everything but not leaving much time for herself.
Poor diet habits, fitness non existent and constantly tired, lacking energy.
It seemed counterintuitive to be hitting the gym when she was already struggling with energy levels.
But she knew something had to change.
She knew she had to prioritise her health and that she had to start with prioritising time for herself.
The main thing kate struggled with was snacking at home/in the office.
Our first point of call was hitting protein to help her stay fuller for longer.
Being vegan this was harder to achieve but we worked together to build a list of foods that she loved and were high in protein for her to turn to.
Long days at the office also meant Kate really struggled for time for her workouts.
We implemented a training strategy that meant she was in and out of the gym within an hour.
Kate now has:
More energy
Better stress management
Better fitness and strength
Better health overall
She managed all of this whilst running her own business.
She made it work because she knew she had had enough of the excuses she was letting get in her way.
