Another fabulous week catering for a retreat that gathered a group of creative women together. Taking it in turns each night to give a presentation of the projects they are working on over drinks and nibbles, the group then gave invaluable feedback to each other, sharing ideas, support & creativity.

A two course dinner was then served, including curries, Middle Eastern sharing dishes, Buddha bowls and a sweet treat to finish.

Guests stayed at the fabulous and as ever, we had a really lovely week together.

A dinner for 150 to celebrate 80 years of rugby at Sir Thomas Rich’s school. Farmhouse pate with pickles followed by supreme of chicken with a cream of mustard sauce, finished off with chocolate torte.

The dinner followed a day of rugby with current pupils playing the old boys, a BBQ and the odd beer..! It was an amazing day, made possible by the extraordinary efforts of the rugby coaches and support staff at the school. Fantastic to see such a vibrant school community.

How about a Basque cheesecake as a sharing dessert for your wedding breakfast, served in the parchment paper it was cooked in with berries and edible flowers..? Definitely a centre piece with that beautiful burnt topping and creamy vanilla cheese underneath…

Really excited to be cooking lots of these for a spring wedding this year ❤️

We were recently asked by to run a baking session for their client to celebrate their best selling ‘easy bake’ loose powder.

Beauty influencers were divided into teams and tasked to make the cakes the powder shades are named after…pound cake, banana bread, ube cake, cinnamon bun and cherry blossom.

We baked in one of the fabulous houses at the Lakes By Yoo and had just the best afternoon. They totally smashed it, choosing a winning cake was so tricky!

A beautiful wedding, the most gorgeous couple, set at the family home with stunning flowers by the bride’s mother….canapes followed by Italian sharing boards, then a summer salad with bavette streak, chimichurri sauce, new potatoes with aioli & chorizo. The veggie option was pesto, new potato and green bean lasagna!

The team were epic, as always!

A very hot ‘bake off style’ team build that we held . The teams were set two challenges…make four identical chocolate eclairs and a gingerbread structure under the theme of ‘around the world’…

They did so well in the heatwave and rounded off the day with locally brewed beers!
