Here in Sochi Russia working on the Winter Olympic up in the mountains compound 10 the ski jump. They could really do with a lot more snow here, they may have to rename this the spring Olympic games. OBS do an amazing job bringing you great pictures.
Arriving back in England end of February. Pop up restaurant still happening. Keep you posted when and where.

Chef's Top Tip: Piping of any sort can be tricky, but here's a simple way to achieve a good result. When using the piping bag, fold the top of the bag over your hand to create a funnel then spoon the icing right down to the bottom; squeeze from the top to get rid of any air bubbles and to ensure that all the icing is ready to pipe. Twist the bag at the top to secure it and then when you're piping start from the top of the bag and work your way down; this allows an even distribution of icing. Have fun piping!
