🎆 FARRS EVENTS APPOINTED SOLE FOOD & BEVERAGE PARTNER FOR OXFORD ROUND TABLE CHARITY FIREWORKS 2026 🎆
Farrs Events are incredibly proud and excited to announce that we have been appointed the sole Food & Beverage Partner for the 2026 Oxford Round Table Charity Fireworks Display, taking place at South Park, Oxford on Saturday 7th November 2026.
Described by the organisers as Oxfordshire’s BIGGEST Charity Fireworks Display, this is one of Oxford’s landmark annual events, attracting 25,000+ visitors for a huge evening of fireworks, entertainment, food and drink — all while raising vital funds for local good causes.
Oxford Round Table has been holding its annual charity fireworks display in South Park since 1967, and through the event its volunteers have now raised and donated more than £1 million.
Importantly, all profits from the event are donated, helping Oxford Round Table continue supporting charities, community groups and good causes throughout Oxford and the surrounding area.
Working in partnership with Oxford Round Table, Farrs Events will be responsible for the management and provision of all food and beverage concessions across the event site.
🌭 AND NOW WE’RE LOOKING FOR CATERERS TO JOIN US!
With 25,000+ visitors to cater for in a relatively short trading window, we are looking to build a strong, varied and capable line-up of professional food traders.
We are particularly interested in:
• High-output, experienced event caterers
• Quality street food operators
• Interesting and quirky food concepts
• Sweet, dessert and confectionery traders
• Specialist and unusual food offerings
• Operators capable of delivering quality food quickly and at sensible prices
We want to create a varied food offering that combines established high-volume favourites with some genuinely interesting street-food concepts, while ensuring queues move quickly and customers receive great food and great value.
