A little appreciation post for my girls 💚

I genuinely have the BEST team around me, and I’m so bloody proud of them all.

Now, I KNOW working for me isn’t always straightforward 😂

I’m a stress head.
I talk to myself.
I answer myself.
I change my mind halfway through a sentence.
I shout “RIGHT GIRLS…” and then completely forget what I was going to say. 🤣

Sometimes you just have to look at my face and somehow know exactly what I mean 😂

But these girls GET me.

They put up with the madness, the ridiculous early starts, the mountains of food, my random ideas, my stressing and the general organised chaos that comes with Howzat.

And through it all, they work their absolute socks off. They support me, they support each other and they care about this business almost as much as I do.

We laugh, we stress, we occasionally lose the plot… but we ALWAYS pull it off. 💚

You might have started as my staff, but you’re so much more than that now.

You’re my girls, my team and my little Howzat family.

And I bloody love you all.

Even when nobody can find the bloody cling film. 😂💚

WOW… WHAT A WEDDING! 🤍✨

Today we had the absolute pleasure of catering at The Shack Revolution in Hereford – and what an incredible venue it is! A unique industrial-style wedding space that was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day.

From our grazing displays and slow-cooked meats to fresh salads, desserts and everything in between, every table was prepared with love and attention to detail.

A huge congratulations to the beautiful newlyweds. Thank you for trusting Howzat Catering to be part of your special day. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together. 🥂💚

💰 All balances must be paid 2 weeks before your event.
📋 Final numbers and ALL dietary requirements must also be sent at the same time, just as explained in your booking information.

We absolutely love feeding you… but we’re caterers, not detectives or debt collectors! 😂

With so many events every week, we simply don’t have time to chase payments or missing information. Please keep an eye on your own booking and make sure everything is sent over by the deadline.

It keeps everything running smoothly and means we can focus on what we do best… creating amazing buffets! 🥪✨
