On Sunday we had the huge privilege of setting up a proposal picnic for James to propose to Abbie.

All the weeks of thoughtful planning by James paid off and we definitely didn’t need a plan B for the weather. James requested Abbie’s favourite flowers , sunflowers, and a grazing board of pizza! It was just beautiful! And oh my goodness, the ring! 🤩Simply stunning! So dazzling and elegant!

Congratulations James and Abbie and thank you so much for trusting us on such a momentous occasion in your lives. 💖🥂💍

Today we’re celebrating Saint David, the patron saint of Wales — and all the wonderful traditions, landscapes, and flavours that make our home so special.
Saint David famously said, “Do the little things.” We like to think that’s exactly what makes a perfect picnic: thoughtful touches, carefully sourced ingredients and personal attention in every detail. 💛

Today we’re raising a slice of Bara Brith and celebrating our beautiful country. Whether you’re exploring the coast, planning a gathering, or simply enjoying a quiet moment outdoors, we hope your day is filled with Welsh pride, good food, and great company.

Now we are in Winter, it’s lovely to look back on all the photos we took of each unique picnic we created last year.

We always feel so honoured to be able to curate a really different experience for our guests in this wonderful part of the world, the Gower.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us in 2025 including the best hairdressing team ever, the extended families who played on the beach, the hens who celebrated their bride to be , the mums to be and all the couples who sat at our picnic tables and watched the sun go down. 🥰
