Refunds cannot be given where units are booked to go outside on anything other than grass. Units need to be pegged into the ground for safety, we cannot safely do this on concrete or astro grass. Refunds can also not be given where your garden or venue cannot safely accomodate the unit (please accurately measure your garden and allow for space) or where the weather for outdoor bookings is deemed unsuitable in terms of wind and rain. The decision on weather is at our discretion and purely on a safety basis, although we will do our very best. We will be happy to arrange an alternative date of your choice.
