**THE COX WEDDING – PART TWO! 📸💍🌧️**

There was simply **far too much awesomeness, love and chaos** to contain in just one post… so here we are with **PART TWO!** 🎉

Yesterday, the wonderful **Helen and Mike** officially became husband and wife in what can only be described as some of the **wettest, wildest and stormiest weather I have photographed in for quite some time!** 🌧️💨😂

But did a little bit of rain stop us? **Absolutely not!**

Between ducking in and out of the storms, making strategic dashes between the raindrops and keeping one eye permanently on the sky, we created some absolutely beautiful memories. There were stories shared, plenty of laughter, incredible food and, of course, SO much love surrounding this wonderful couple. ❤️

And then, as if the weather knew it was time to calm down and let the newlyweds have their moment, the clouds began to break and the light came shining through to welcome **Mr and Mrs Cox** into married life. ☀️✨

Honestly, days like this are proof that you don't need perfect weather to have a perfect wedding. Sometimes, you just need the right people, a whole lot of love and a photographer willing to embrace her inner weather reporter! 😂📸

So, here is another **BIG taster from the thousands of photographs** I took throughout the day. I genuinely had the most wonderful time capturing all of the laughter, happy tears, madness and magical little moments that made Helen and Mike's wedding so incredibly special.

Yesterday was the **long-awaited wedding of the brand new Mr & Mrs Cox** at the absolutely amazing and wonderfully welcoming **New House Country Hotel**! 💍✨

I first met this lovely pair a few years ago when I photographed a family member's wedding, and honestly, I knew from then that they were an absolute gem of a couple!

It was also at that wedding that I earned my rather fabulous nickname of **“Ninja”** 🥷😂 — because, apparently, I will hide in bushes, behind furniture and in all manner of questionable places if it means getting those fun, natural and candid shots!

Unfortunately, the Welsh weather wasn't quite on our side yesterday (because of course it wasn't 🌧️😂), but absolutely nothing could dampen the atmosphere or the incredible amount of love in the room.

I genuinely don't think I have ever met such a **kind, thoughtful and appreciative couple**. Every single supplier received handwritten cards, there were thank-yous woven into the speeches, and it was just so clear how much love and appreciation these two have for everyone around them. Those little touches mean more than you could ever know. 🥹❤️

The whole day was filled with laughter, happy tears, hugs, questionable dance moves (as all good weddings should be!) and so many beautiful moments. It was an absolute honour to be there to capture it all.
Whilst I crack on with editing the full previews and then **jet off to Insole Court**, I simply couldn't resist sharing this image with you all! 😍📸
Congratulations again, **Mr & Mrs Cox** — thank you for trusting me to capture such an important chapter of your story. You two are truly wonderful, and I hope you're enjoying every second of married life! 🥂✨

There is something incredibly beautiful about the bond between a mama and her baby. 🤍

I am proudly **PRO-BREASTFEEDING** and believe wholeheartedly that breastfeeding is something to be celebrated, supported and captured without shame or judgement. It is natural, intimate, powerful and, above all, a beautiful connection between mother and baby. 🍼✨

Sometimes, amongst the excitement, laughter and beautiful chaos of a wedding day, there are these tiny pockets of peace. A mama taking a few quiet moments to sit, breathe, feed her little one and simply **embrace the moment**.

And honestly? I love being able to capture those moments.

There is no pressure, no posing and no need for everything to be picture-perfect. Just a mother and her baby, wrapped up in their own little world. 💕

This is also one of the many reasons I adore working at intimate, welcoming venues such as **Squirrels Nest Wedding Venue**. Spaces that allow couples and their families to feel comfortable, relaxed and completely themselves make such a difference — especially when those precious little in-between moments happen.

Weddings aren't just about the big moments. They're about the quiet ones too. The cuddles. The feeds. The tiny hands. The sleepy smiles. The moments that might otherwise go unnoticed, but that you'll treasure forever. 🌿
