Wales Never Fails and + free rave !!

Some photos of the soundsystem lineup for wales never fails which went absolutely off. The production from all the crews was legendary, definitely one of the best raves Cardiff has seen in a while. All the DJs were playing out the wickedest dubplates all night big ups .uk . Super nice to hear all the jungle techno out of that wall. Round 2 is definitely loading.

The next day we headed down to Swansea to host a free rave with and which was another classic with the lads. Absolutely thumping all night reaching bar shaking levels of loud. Another big ups to all the djs that night the sets were awesome.

Both nights were absolute bangers and we are looking forward to the next one !!

Next up on the series we have main man , we are super excited to have him at our event this Saturday, we have always been a huge fan of his jungle techno, jungle and hardcore, supplying bangers every time.

Reigning from Manchester he runs along with the other crew members and also is the main man which has been supplying the UK with some absolutely wicked tunes for years now.

Absolutely gassed to have him on he will be playing main room from 1-2 🔥🔥

WE ARE BACK SWANSEA

Back to South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 with our first event of 2026, we’re bringing you a night of trance, bassline, acid, jungle techno, hardcore and tekno at our favourite venue Hippos Swansea.

The will be powering the main room where we bring headliner who many of you may recognise from our previous events but in a different form 👽 pushing out mind boggling bassline and tekno, as well as another headliner Amen Holmes / Alex who is making his Swansea debut bringing the jungle, hardcore and jungle techno heat straight from Manchester.

We have teamed up with the boys again as they showcase their brand new rig for the first time ever in room 2, straight family affair all night with an entire crew takeover all night in there, we are so excited 🎉

And the best part is that this event is FREE BEFORE MIDNIGHT, so turn up to hippos before and come and have a big dance 🪩 🤩

INSTEAD, we are bringing together the finest crews south wales has to offer to bring a full on takeover of . 8pm-2am, going to be NUTS.

War of the Wobs returns for 2026! And we have a rooer wobbler to get this under way.

I stumbled across on soundcloud, loved some of his tunes and had reach out to get a mix.

LATK has provided this absolute monster of a mix. LATK hails from Rochdale and specialises in mixing minimal & funky DnB. Producing some of is own tracks this is definitely one to watch. We don’t usually do DnB but when it’s this good, we can’t say no. Biggups the minimal massive

BIG FAT SUPER SONIC WOB MOB PARTY ROUND 2?

Not quite!!! Instead the Wob Queen 👑 will be invading your radio waves. She will be hosting the SWU FM show for this month at 23:00-01:00 tomorrow!

You can expect brand new dubplates some of which have never been heard before. 2 hours of proper jungle, footwork, 160 bassline, trance and acid. There is no limit to her greatness.

The mix will also be available to listen on her soundcloud this week in case you miss it!

Swabbo is a 22 year old DJ hailing from the North West of England. He specialises in Drum N’ Bass & Jungle, but enjoys mixing a range of sounds and styles from 140-180. Known for his unique tune selection and big rig shakin’ blends, Swabbo is bound to get you stompin your feet whenever he’s in charge of selection duties. Serious good mix, well worth a listen

He’s Back! is coming back to Hippos this Halloween and we couldn’t be happier. His last visit only left us all wanting more, so we knew what had to be done.

To make sure you hear every note we’re bringing down the beast that is , and this time we’ve also enlisted some extra fire power from the lads at . Get ready to hear every frequency in full HD.

This is gonna be hard n fast all night long, so eat your weetabix and get ready to rumble to the sounds of Vandal.
