Applications Open: 19th of May 2025
Applications Close: 2nd of June 2025

We will send the link to the application form first to all our previous stall holders and those who have registered interest by sending email to our email address

We are a local events committee who wants to make a difference in the local community and bring communities together.

We always invite local charities to be part of our events to give them an opportunity to raise funds for the good work they do. I am happy to announce that our first Easter Fair was able to generate sufficient fund for Almshouse Charity of Swanscombe - CACOS to build two sheds for their Almshouse Community Garden. Hoping to continue this support in our upcoming Ebbsfleet Summer Fair on 19th and 20th July.

We are a local events committee who wants to make a difference in the local community and bring communities together.

Thank you all for showing so much love to us for delivering yet another successful fair in Ebbsfleet.

We are run by local residents and rely heavily on local volunteers who have given up their personal time and effort to organise such large events for the community and we would like to encourage more residents to join us as volunteers. What an amazing weekend we had in our first ever Ebbsfleet Easter Fair. Both the days saw residents come out in huge numbers to enjoy the warm weather, good food and support our local businesses.

Most of the food stalls were sold out on both days and other businesses had the best sale amongst all our Ebbsfleet fairs. It is this community spirit shown by the residents that motivate us to organise more and more such events for them.

The Art competition for the children was a grand success on both days which saw over 100 children take part over two days.

Now attention shifts to our next big event, the 3rd Annual Ebbsfleet Summer Fair in July (Dates TBC).

Day 2 of the Ebbsfleet Easter Fair has officially started.

We have some lovely weather and have great food options and some amazing businesses.

We are also going to have the Drawing competition today for children starting at 12PM. Please come around with your children as there are some exciting prizes on offer.
