On behalf of all of us here at Wedding Flowers HQ, I would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a fabulous New Year.
2023 is going to be filled with the most beautiful weddings and we can't wait to work with all the couples who have already booked me as their floral designer. Thank you.
I am hugely grateful for all of you who I have worked with over the last 13 years, thank you for appreciating the beauty of flowers and for valuing the skill, expertise, years of experience and the labour of love (not forgetting the blood, sweat and tears) that floral design is.
In those moments of exhaustion, stress and the general feeling of being overwhelmed, I think of the couple on their wedding day -tears of joy, sometimes speechless, at the sight of their bouquets, venue decor and centrepieces, the hugs and thank yous the next morning from the parents, the guests who stop me to say they've never seen anything more beautiful!.
This is what has spurred me on to continue through the tough few years I've had personally and the Pandemic that impacted every one of us.
England certainly isn't the easiest place to live right now, but there are so many who are dealing with much much worse around the World. We can weather the storm of a recession and rising bills, and weddings, however big or small, will continue to be celebrated with love and happiness…and beautiful flowers 💐
Merry Christmas everyone.
The grid will be back in action in the New Year!
