A post I was hoping I wouldn’t have to write.
With the constant heat, lack of rain and horrendous winds, the flowers are just not happy.
Things that I planted in the few days of wet weather just aren’t growing, things that are flowering are getting dry and crispy within hours of the blooms forming.
For the foreseeable future I won’t be doing any posies or bouquets except for the few orders I already have.
It’s a real shame, but one thing that is growing is the borage, and the bees are really enjoying it.
If the situation improves I’ll let everyone know 🌸
