Hate to do a post like this but sadly our soft play has been ruined today because strawberry stains are all over it. It is a clear rule made clear upon booking and on the day of your event that no food/drink/messy play etc. should be on the soft play.

Sadly, it is happening a little too often where our equipment is not being respected and is being damaged or things are going missing.

We completely understand accidents can happen but sometimes it’s more than that.

Thank you so much to the majority of our customers who look after it and leave it lovely. We appreciate you and love returning to your events.

If anyone has any tips/tricks to get it out we would be most grateful. So far our usual things haven’t worked 😞
