Now THIS is how you do chicken. 👀🔥

Last week’s dinner event: sous vide chicken breast, dauphinoise, carrot purée, burnt baby leeks, truffle velouté & chicken skin crumb.

September is flying by and things are getting busy! 🔥

The face behind the food 🍴

Five years ago, I decided to start my own catering business. At the time, I had no idea where it would lead—only that I loved cooking and creating great experiences for people.

Since then, the business has grown entirely through recommendations and word of mouth, something I’m incredibly proud of.

There have been plenty of long days, and moments where I’ve questioned whether I was making the right decisions. But every enquiry, booking, recommendation, and returning client has kept me pushing forward.

Last year I finally took the leap and left full-time employment to focus on catering full-time.

To everyone who’s supported me so far—thank you. I’m excited to see what the next five years have in store.
