My name is Lee, and I have over 15 years experience working as a chef in fine dining restaurants and hotels across Europe.
After a number of years working as head chef of Moxhull Hall in Sutton Coldfield, I spent a few seasons cooking high quality food at an award winning ski chalet company in Morzine, as well as providing private dining aboard luxury yachts in the Mediterranean.
My passion for cooking has lead me to develop Leelance, a private fine dining experience you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. Using locally source ingredients where possible, I aim to provide you with an unforgettable meal, whether for a romantic evening, a birthday celebration or a family get together.
