Before we can even turn on our stone-baked oven on, there is hours of unglamorous prep work that goes into every single shift. Our morning looks a lot less like tossing dough and a lot more like:

🚛 Organising and accepting delivery’s

🧽 Cleaning inside and out
🍅 Toppings prep
📦 Pizza Boxes
🧹 Did I mention cleaning 😅

If you’re looking for a perfect, factory-line circle... we aren’t your spot. 🤷‍♂️🍕

At Bedford and Dough, we don’t use mechanical dough presses or rolling pins that smash all the life out of the crust. Every single base is hand-stretched from our naturally fermented dough.

That means every pizza has its own character, its own unique shape.
We think the quirky ones taste better anyway. Who cares about a perfect circle when the crust is this good?
