A night to celebrate the people who care for us all 🎭✨

On Thursday night we transformed the room for the Northumbria Healthcare Staff Awards 2026 with a full masquerade ball theme, and we took care of everything.

Custom printed dance floor, giant masquerade masks, feather and crystal centrepieces, gold balloon installations, sequin linens, a photo booth, plus full AV: staging, LED screens, lighting rig, uplighting and sound.

Every detail designed, built and delivered by .

Our NHS staff give everything, every single day. They deserved a night that felt just as special, and it was a privilege to create it for them.

Congratulations to every nominee and winner 👏

Swipe for the before ➡️

From an empty field to a full Husqvarna UK experience.

This week at the APF2026 at Ragley Estate, we built Husqvarna’s entire stand from the ground up: steel truss framework, full-height branded backdrops, product displays, a woodchip demo arena, lighting, seating and hospitality space, all designed and delivered by .

Huge thanks to Husqvarna for trusting us. Chainsaw pioneers since 1959, and we were proud to bring that story to life 🧡

A symphony of balloons. ✨

Last night, we transformed the Hilton Newcastle with hundreds of suspended silver balloons, creating a glamorous galaxy above the room.

Because when it comes to awards nights and dinners, it’s the show-stopping details that make the difference.

A full Amazon Transformation 👇

Last week we had the pleasure of delivering production for Amazon UK’s inaugural RME Leadership Summit at NCL2 - bringing together the entire RME leadership team for the UK and Ireland, with plans for the event to scale across their international organisation.

Our team handled the full technical setup, including:
🎤 PA and full mic setup - lectern, headset and handheld
💡 Stage wash and uplighting around the room
🎪 Staging with dressed edging
🧵 Fitted carpet across the venue’s warehouse space - turning an operational site into a summit-ready venue

Rigged Tuesday, live Wednesday and Thursday, de-rigged Friday. Seamless from start to finish.

Thank you to the Amazon team for trusting us with such a milestone event! 👏
