Pink Sunflowers. These flowers are a hybrid called Midnight Oil. Pink sunflowers are edible. The buds, petals and seeds of the sunflower are all edible - the petals. Pinks โ€“ Tasting of clove, they're good in flavoured sugars, oils and vinegars
