🌿 THURSDAY
🧘 10am – Seated Yoga - £4.50
Ease into Thursday with a gentle seated yoga session, perfect for stretching, moving your body and enjoying a relaxed start to the day.
🎭 11am – Life Without Limits | Drama - Free
A welcoming and inclusive drama session for adults with learning disabilities. Enjoy games, storytelling and performance while building confidence, getting creative and having lots of fun! ✨
☕ 12pm – The Thursday Club - £1.00
Come along for a few hours of seated exercise, lunch and friendly conversation. Our Thursday Club is a lovely opportunity to get out and about, catch up with others and make new connections in the community.
💃 1pm – Life Without Limits | Dance - Free
Music on and time to move! Our inclusive dance session for adults with learning disabilities is all about enjoying movement, expressing yourself and having fun together. 🎶
⚡ FRIDAY
🎶 9am – Clubbercise - £1.00
Get your Friday off to an energetic start with Clubbercise! Dance, music and exercise come together for a fun workout that’s sure to get you moving.
🎨 10am – Life Without Limits | Crafts - £7.95
Time to get creative! This session for adults with learning disabilities offers the chance to make something, try different activities, develop new skills and enjoy creating alongside others.
♻️ SATURDAY
🧵 11am – Connected Through Creativity - Free
Creativity for all generations! Our intergenerational project brings people of different ages together to share skills, enjoy crafts and discover how everyday items can be given a brand-new lease of life through upcycling. ♻️✨

Free and paid sessions can be booked through the Creative Seed website. Clubbercise doesn’t require booking, just come along and pay on the door.
We recommend booking ahead where possible, as places on some of our sessions can fill up quickly.
