Today is World Mental Health Day 🖤
For those who don’t know, I have a background in mindfulness, meditation and holistic therapies. And when I took on the shop, almost 3 years ago, I knew that I wanted to intertwine this with the flowers, but never knew how, or whether it would even work!
But then the idea of us hosting wellbeing workshops came to fruition and we have spent the last few weeks welcoming different practitioners, as well as clients, into our space. We feel it’s the perfect space to feel calm and grounded, being surrounded by the flowers.
We have spoken to lots of lovely people, of all different ages and all different backgrounds and an overwhelming amount of people are, or have struggled with their mental wellbeing in one way or another.
The world can be a tricky place to navigate at the minute, and with all of the pressures of general life we thought it might be nice to be able to provide people with some little bits of guidance and support.
Over the summer I’ve been working on learning different aspects of social media and how to keep things exciting, when sometimes my mojo to post is none existent! And something that’s stood out is digital products and how easy and accessible these are for busy, working people who may just want a break.
So I have put together 3 different digital products;
