We are OPEN and ready for day 2 of the Oak Fair! The weather looks better today, the car parks have been wood chipped an our wonderful exhibitors and demonstrators are ready to welcome you!

If anything changes we will post an update.

If you are coming today don't miss our Q&A talk with Oak Founder Andy Langmead and Toria Wissett-Warner at 1pm in the Ancient Tree Tent and make sure to visit Arnie Barton our resident chainsaw carver who will be finishing his bespoke bench commission out of a felled estate Oak tree!

We are OPEN!! Our wonderful exhibitors are ready to welcome you! Please don't be put off by the rain - we already have lots of visitors, the ground is holding well and we are selling ponchos at the bar!

**TREE CLIMBING UPDATE**

We have 2 trees to climb at the Oak Fair this year but the schedule has changed slightly from the programme listing:

Sessions will run EVERY HOUR
Sessions start:

Saturday 10.40am
Sunday 10.00am

Don't forget to sign up as soon as you can as spaces are limited and it is a very popular activity - ages 6+! Find them at the end of Conservation Row.

Don't forget to head over to the Market Square Food Marquee where you will find delicious local produce and sweet treats to take home with you - from jams, chutneys and pickles, sweet treats and cakes to gin and cider!

Glastonbury Cheese

Daniel and his first two bowls created today at Bodden Cross Studio. The day was a gift from his family who had originally seen me at The Oak Fair - Stock Gaylard Dorset. Daniel enjoyed his introduction to woodturning and I am confident he will be on a lathe again fairly soon. If you want to try woodturning, please get in touch. Thank you and I look forward to seeing ld friends at this year’s Oak Fair coming up this weekend.
