On Thursday, we celebrated a huge milestone at Moonacre, our 200th wedding! 🎉💍

Looking back at everything that’s happened over the years, it’s pretty incredible to think we’ve now had the privilege of hosting 200 couples on one of the biggest days of their lives. It’s something we’re immensely proud of.

None of this would have been possible without our amazing team. Their hard work, passion, and commitment behind the scenes are what make every wedding so special, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do.

A massive thank you also goes to all of our incredible suppliers. From florists and photographers to caterers, musicians, celebrants, stylists, and everyone in between you all play such an important part in creating unforgettable days for our couples. We genuinely couldn’t do it without you.

And finally, thank you to every couple who has trusted us with their wedding day. Being part of your story is something we never take for granted.

If did venue open days?

What a day! Now time for a beer, a pistachio ball, and Labrador cuddles….oh and a blanket to warm up!

Thank you so, so much to all of our wonderful suppliers who made today what it was, all of the lovely couples, it was so great chatting to you all, Dom & Trevor for getting the site at looking so pretty, our brilliant bar team, Rach for being awesome, and Walt for being king of fist pumps to great everyone 🤣

✨ Our first post of 2026! ✨

What a year it’s already shaping up to be… We genuinely cannot wait to welcome our record-breaking number of wonderful couples who’ll be getting married on site this year 🤍

It’s quiet on socials but loud on effort, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Moonacre is getting a little TLC, maintenance is underway, and there’s plenty of behind the scenes graft happening as we prepare for the season ahead.

Right now, nature is very much enjoying the site. We’ve got the biggest herd of deer we’ve ever seen keeping the grass nicely trimmed, and our resident peacocks are making an absolute mess in their new temporary home the tepee. They haven’t yet been told they’re being politely evicted back to their actual home come April 🦚!

2026, let’s do this 🥂✨
