We will listen to your requirements and mould and design food a round them, thus taking out the stress of entertaining. Also Piglet's Kitchen holds a Lunch Club (max of 8) which provides a relaxing experience and provides the opportunity of bringing your friends or meeting new ones - "come and try".

Today was a cheer to local produce: Mozzarella with homegrown tomatoes & basil and an olive/sherry vinegar dressing. Locally shot venison marinated in Guinness then sizzling in a pan to brown with pickled homegrown radish and mushroom before tenderly cooked pink. Served with Parmentier potatoes, runner beans & carrots tossed with Nigella seeds and a chocolate Guinness reduction……..Result: 👏👍😄 yum 😋

Flashed roasted salmon which I deboned and skinned, marinated and then combined with capers and homegrown tomatoes……excellent for just one of the dishes prepared for today’s birthday buffet.

Homegrown Buffalo Steak tomatoes….wonderful in salads….sliced and a drizzle of vinaigrette, basil, salt & pepper.

Today made an interesting twist on coronation chicken….a “Coronation Pheasant accompanied by a Brown Rice, Tomato & Basil Salad”…..there was nothing left plus a double bonus by using local produce even if it was the feathery variety! 😎🐷
