Flashed roasted salmon which I deboned and skinned, marinated and then combined with capers and homegrown tomatoes……excellent for just one of the dishes prepared for today’s birthday buffet.

Homegrown Buffalo Steak tomatoes….wonderful in salads….sliced and a drizzle of vinaigrette, basil, salt & pepper.

Today made an interesting twist on coronation chicken….a “Coronation Pheasant accompanied by a Brown Rice, Tomato & Basil Salad”…..there was nothing left plus a double bonus by using local produce even if it was the feathery variety! 😎🐷
