Emma came to me with her Mothers dress (pic.3) that she loved and wanted to use as the base for her own dress. We played around with proportions and set about giving the dress more waist definition by sewing in a waistband (pic.4), lowering the back, making the sleeves more fitted and re applying the beading to bring in into the 21st Century! It was a joy to be part of this process and we were all thrilled with the final result. Emma looked beautiful 😍

Our Story

In 2014, after 15 years of running a boutique wedding dress studio in London, Ellie Lowe relocated to Gloucestershire, to launch her new bridal studio near Cheltenham. Overlooking rolling hills and a thousand acres of protected woodland, the studio is a serene haven for brides to relax, drink tea and plan their dress.

Ellie makes ​all her dresses by hand in the studio using exquisite fabrics, either new or vintage. This personal approach ensures no details are overlooked, making for a dress that not only fits perfectly and looks incredible but really celebrates who you are for your big day.
