🔥 Something a little different from LCJ Caterers last night… 🇬🇷🇪🇺

We’re well known for our Hog Roasts and traditional BBQs, but who says a BBQ has to be just sausages and burgers?

Last night we catered for a local business and went in a completely different direction with a European / Greek Style Barbecue — packed with fresh flavours, plenty of colour and, of course, everything cooked fresh on the grill.

On the menu we had Greek Chicken Souvlaki, Cevapi, Lamb Kofta, Smokey Pork Steaks, served alongside Greek-style salads, roasted garlic & herb potatoes, pitta breads and dips. 🔥🥙🥗

And before anyone asks… YES, the food in these photos is real! 📸

💔🎶 REST IN PEACE, DOLLY PARTON — 1946–2026 🎶💔

Some very sad news today as the world says goodbye to the absolute legend that was Dolly Parton, who has died aged 80.

Here at LCJ Caterers, we know a thing or two about working 9 to 5… although in catering, Dolly, we’re pretty sure you forgot the bit about starting at 5am and finishing whenever everyone finally goes home! 😂👨‍🍳

From Jolene to 9 to 5, Islands in the Stream and so many more, Dolly created songs that have been played in kitchens, at parties, weddings and events for generations.

An incredible singer, songwriter, actress and philanthropist — but above all, someone who seemed to bring a little bit of happiness wherever she went.

Tonight, we’ll raise a cuppa of ambition from the kitchen and turn 9 to 5 up just a little bit louder. ☕🎶

Rest easy, Dolly. ❤️

Well, we thought Frampton Feast might give us a little breather… 😂 How wrong we were!

We’ve been non-stop ever since, and today it’s another hog roast — this time for a lovely local landladies Wedding! 🍻🐷

The hog is on, the crackling is doing its thing and we’re getting ready to feed another hungry crowd. 🔥

We absolutely love being kept busy, especially when it means working with other local businesses and helping make their events a bit more delicious! 😋

Now… where’s that cup of tea? We might have been non-stop, but we’re definitely running on caffeine and crackling at this point! ☕😂

What an absolutely brilliant day we had at Frampton Feast!

The sun was shining, the atmosphere was fantastic, and it was great to see so many people out enjoying everything the Feast had to offer. ☀️

For us at LCJ Caterers, days like this are what we enjoy being part of a great local event, having a laugh and helping keep a brilliant old tradition going.

A massive thank you to everyone who came over, had a chat, bought some food or simply said hello. Your support is always hugely appreciated. ❤️

Also a massive thank you to the staff that worked hard today!!

We were delighted to be there serving up our Hog Roast & Venison, and we're already looking forward to doing it all again.
