Just want to say thank to those who came last night. It was epic, although I was very busy, it was lovely to talk to a few new customers at the end. Special thanks to Charlotte from The Fresh Standard Brew Company , I will be back again in October 😉

Thinely sliced apple, sprinkled cinnamon sugar, baked on a homemade buttery puff pastry.

You can now buy them frozen from Banana Blossom. Quick and easy to reheat.

The tart is approx 14 cm diameter, a generous portion for one or fun to share with two

I made this special birthday cake for my mother in law this week.

With my background as a french chef I have a particular passion for french patisserie. My all time favourites are everything with puff pastry and choux bun. I make a lot of these at home.

In the photos is a makeover of a Saint Honoré cake.
A buttery homemade puff pastry base, choux buns filled with a crème légère and dipped in a crunchy caramel, finishing with fresh strawberries and raspberries, more crème légère and finally a sharp strawberry gel to balance it all 😋

The broth is cooked for at least 5 hours with spices, served with flat rice noodle, medium rare thinly sliced beef steak, slow cooked brisket and homemade beef meat ball, topped with fresh herbs and drizzled with tangy lime jus for your taste 😋.
