We served canapes, a Lebanese/Greek sharing feast plus a lemon cheesecake with meringue and raspberry coulis - and then street food in the evening with chilli and drunk jack rice bowls and all the lovely toppings!

We love cooking with fresh ingredients and creating as much as we can from scratch, for superior flavours and more authenticity. A thai curry paste, for example, instead of buying in tins. Or hand-crafted samosas made with our own dough and mix, instead of buying readymade frozen. Or the cream cheese we blend and use for our smoked carrot blinis, rather than more processed readymade options. Does this make us better than those who don’t? Yes. Yes it does 😂
