At White Lotus Wedding Event Hire, we believe a venue like this speaks for itself — so our approach is to enhance, not overpower.

We’ll be keeping the styling inside the house elegant and minimal, while transforming the marquee into a space that feels just as stunning.

Congratulations to Fiona & Graham who were married yesterday at The Bowfield Hotel & Country Club.

When a bride says “I trust you”… this is what happens ✨

Fiona wanted a rustic, greenery-filled look with a hint of ivory—and we brought it to life beautifully 🤍🌿

Think candlelit aisle, soft flowing greenery overhead, and a statement floral arch that framed the ceremony perfectly 💫

At the stunning Bowfield Hotel, every detail was designed to feel warm, romantic, and we looked at parts of the ceremony room that can be overlooked by adding florals , fresh flowers and candles to the side of the room

Our little garden is slowly coming into its own 🌿

The rhododendron is now over 10ft tall and gives us such a beautiful backdrop, while the clematis has completely taken over—but we honestly love its wild, cottage feel. The Japanese acer in the middle adds that perfect pop of colour ❤️

My favourite flower is the Cala lily, although we haven’t had much luck keeping them going in the garden—but we keep trying! 🌼

There are still so many flowers yet to come out, and in just a couple of weeks a few things should be in full bloom. You can already see the promise of what’s coming 🌸

Featuring, of course, Mr Darcy keeping watch and Ruby the cocker busy doing her important garden inspections in where to p*e next 🐾

And if anyone’s wondering why I’m in wedding décor… this is basically my “day off” , styling corners, and admiring how it all comes together and hubby doing the hard work !!

So these gorgeous wee table lamps can be customised to most decor ranges . This would be perfect for aisle decor and then to be added to tables . This is an affordable , quirky and beautiful centrepiece that can be also used for the ceremony

Bridgerton… but make it rustic 🤍✨

My Bridgerton / Florence range set at the beautiful Roodlea Barn near Cumnock for Kirsten & Jamie’s wedding yeaterday 💍

Soft blush florals 🌸, romantic candlelight 🕯️ and delicate details brought that timeless Bridgerton elegance — while the warm wood, stone walls and natural light added the most gorgeous rustic charm ✨

From the welcome sign to that floral arch moment… everything came together so effortlessly 🤍

We used almost 90 bud vases throughout the setup 🌸✨ creating that full, romantic Bridgerton feel in every corner
I also met some lovely suppliers on the day 🤍 including Ann & Rachel from White Velvet Events ( thank you for the pictures ) and Kat from Inside Out Caterers 💕
