The ultimate Bloom and Brew 🌸🌸🌸

It’s officially Flower Friday and… is OPEN! (Today from 10am) 🤩 Can we get a big WOOOHOO?!

Okay okay, worst-kept secret ever 😅 but yes — you saw it here first! I’m now stocking the cutest little posies at Shipston’s ultimate spot for coffee, sunshine, and all the feel-good Friday vibes ✨🌸

I’ve always dreamt of a little world filled with coffee, baked goods, and flowers — and now, thanks to a beautiful collaboration with some like-minded friends, that dream’s come to life 🥰

You’ll find my blooms here every Friday and across the weekend… for as long as they’ll (or you’ll!) have me 💐💚

Summer blooms in peachy pinks and creamy whites 🌸
My foxgloves are nearly coming to end in the paddock and so too are my sweet peas (neither have enjoyed the heat ☀️) but I’ve got antirrhinums just getting into their stride and a succession of stocks in the polytunnel plus lots of other gorgeous floral gorgeousness 💚

☀️ little lilac shed is CLOSED today ☀️

The prettiest shed in Warwickshire (not backed by any hard facts just my own modest opinion 😂) will be closed this weekend. The flower paddock is looking a little bare after a being hit hard with pickings for orders and there’s not much else left to fill the stall this week BUT also my partner and I finally have a day off together that’s child free 😍🤩 and we’re spending the day doing something pretty exciting 👀

If you’d like a bunch of blooms, I’m sure I can put a bouquet or two together so just pop me a message 💕

Eeeekkkkk we’re nearly at Flower Shed Friday once again 💚

My little, lilac paddock gate stall will be open from 10am tomorrow with so many gorgeous flowers fit for any Easter table or even a sweet treat, without the sugar, as a gift to give ☀️

Anemones, scented Stocks, Ranunculus and Tulips to name a few 🌸

Instagrams been playing silly monkeys with my algorithms and where my posts feature, so I’d LOVE it if you’d be able to give me a like to let me know you’ve seen this post - and even better a comment to let me know you’ll be heading to my stall over the long weekend 😍

Ranunculus season ~ please never stop 💗

Over the years in floristry I’ve watched the popularity of these flouncy, ruffled, silky gems grow. Just like peonies in May/June and Roses throughout Summer they have claimed Spring for their own ☀️
Not only are these scrumptious to look at, they last bloomin ages in a vase too ~ as they peel open their petals, it’s best to ensure they’re well supported in their vessel. I find gradually getting smaller was the vase size is a fun way to keep them happy….even cutting the flower head off entirely and floating it in a shallow bowl of water, for its last couple of days 💕

Happy Monday ☀️ from happy blooms 🌸 and a very happy florist 🌱 after a busy weekend of stall sales and orders.
Weren’t these puff balls of beauty just the most popular darlings on the stall this weekend 💚 and quite honestly they lap up the popularity because to quote who doesn’t like to be popular 😂

My little lilac shed of paddock picked goodies will be back open on Good Friday (hoping the QR code is fixed) until then, you can order online or pop me a message to get a bouquet made up for collection or delivery locally.

Apparently today is the last warm, sunny day for a while ☀️ and honestly, dare I say I’m kinda pleased???

Everything that is meant to keep on flowering through April and into early May has bloomed it’s socks off all week and now I’ve pretty much got to the stage where I’ve harvested everything in a matter of days. This weekend will mark the last cut of my own, home grown tulips and that too of the narcissus 🌸 because of this, there will be bunches of tulips available on my stall all weekend at a reduced price 💕 they’re still gorgeous by the way….and still 1000x better then those you can get your mitts on in a supermarket.

Thank goodness for succession grown Ranunculus the next batch should start flowering in a couple of weeks 🤞 and they’ll be pleased of the cooler temperatures too - they’re NOT a fan of being too warm and that polytunnel is pretty damn hot right now 🔥
