It was a pleasure to be invited into Amy & James’ family home to coordinate their special day.

My top FOUR favourite things about their day:

👰 VEIL (Just see the pics)
🪩VIBES (the dancing was epic)
🌱VEGGIE (food)
🌸FLOWERS (everything was cohesive)

Ok the food wasn’t all vegetarian but my veggie burger was incredible😂

Well fed guests = happy guests 👏 and well fed suppliers = even happier.

Still blown away by the flowers to be honest too🌸👏 ooh and the makeup and hair was to die for! 💄

Three things I loved the most about their Wedding (it was hard to choose 3 when everything about it was amazing) 🥹…

1. Speeches included the Bride and also the Father of the Groom - loved this - it’s all about two families coming together. The FOB always talks about the Bride growing up, so it was lovely to hear the same thing being done for the Groom.🎤🥂
2. Timeless aesthetic. Sometimes less is more. You can’t beat crisp white roses and tables dressed with bud vases and tapered candles. It’s so classy. ✨🩵
3. It has to be the cake…(swipe) Connie & Colin 🐛🎩👰

📞Phone calls from guests who call up to say they’re sadly too poorly to attend
📦Taking deliveries of last minute orders
👥Getting to know names of all suppliers, staff, family, guests in real time so I can actually communicate with everyone effectively
🧋Helping the guest who needed a sit down
🚕Helping guests get to their taxis
💝Carrying gifts
🐕 liaising with dog carers
👩‍✈️Coordinating with drivers
🎂Coordinating groomsmen and much, much more!
✨Oh wait guys! We must get the tunnel shots before you go home (me to the photographer and video guys) 😆

So yes there’s loads of scribbles - but those are scribbles and cross offs of things that made everything seamless.
