On Thursday, just as I was leaving M&R’s Wedding, one of their lovely Wedding guests pulled me to one side. This is what she said.

“Can i just take a moment to say I think you have been absolutely brilliant. I’ve been watching you all day. Our daughter got married in June and we wish we’d had a Wedding planner like you. I said to my husband, you’re exactly what we needed. You’ve been there in the background all day, nothing has been too much trouble and the day has ran so smoothly. “

A gorgeously elegant, Black Tie Wedding held on a private estate, coordinated by my wonderful assistant Emily. 📋

The guest experience was extraordinary ✨with the MOST beautiful and carefully thought out details planned by Bride Lucy. (See if you can spot the tambourines 🥹🌈 - illustration designed by local artist 👩‍🎨 Cathy-Ann ) - super smart idea to double (in fact triple) these up as placenames, a guest keepsake and a great way to cheer the couple into dinner. 🥳

Wishing both Lucy & Rob a huge congratulations and the happiest future together. 🥂

Everything ran so smoothly and it’s all down to their exquisite organisation and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend moving forward with Cat and her team for anyone’s wedding/event, she is extremely proactive and takes initiative using her highly valued expertise - I felt unbelievably well taken care of in the sense of not having to worry on the day because I knew it was all in incredibly safe hands. What an honour it was for myself & Amy to coordinate your special Wedding Day on Friday.

This was the first time had ever held a marquee Wedding on site…and wow, having the ceremony facing the temple of Diana🏛️…well, it was quite something.

I was tasked and in charge of…

🖤Overseeing ceremony set up🪑 & repurposing of flower arrangements throughout
🖤Managing the tasks for the waiting staff🤵🏻‍♀️
🖤All announcements 🎤
🖤Coordinating a very special surprise entrance 😉
🖤Wedding cake transportation & set up
🖤Wedding day timeline management
🖤And much more

We were made to feel so welcome…even having a seat at the Wedding breakfast table 🫶

I’m writing this now ahead of time because from tomorrow morning I / we will be in the thick of a THREE Wedding weekend!!! ✨✨✨

1️⃣Tomorrow - my lovely assistant Amy and I will be at the gorgeous Weston Park, coordinating the Wedding of C&K, outside the Temple of Diana 🗽💍.

2️⃣Saturday - My bar team & I will be over in Bishop’s Itchington for D&E’s Wedding - think festival, glamping vibes⛺️✨.

3️⃣ALSO Saturday - My fantastic assistant Emily will be over in Kington Langley to coordinate the sensational Wedding of L&R - think black tie 🤵🏻‍♀️🤵 & swimming pool vibes.

Today’s Wedding site visit & walkthrough in Kington Langley⛲️🩵💍🕊️

My assistant Emily and I have had the most wonderful afternoon visiting L&R who are getting married next Saturday at the local village church followed by their Wedding reception taking place at a private family home near Chippenham.

Emily will be coordinating their special day and I know they’re in very safe hands! 📋

Let’s just say…the guest experience is going to be impressive at this one…🙊🤵‍♂️👰‍♀️✨
