DJ Malky Green – The Entertainer with a Lifelong Beat

Malky Green’s journey behind the decks began at just 14 years old, spinning records at his local youth club and picking up the latest chart hits from Woolworths every weekend. What started as a hobby quickly became a local phenomenon — his sessions turned the youth club into one of the busiest in the area during the 90s, attracting young people from schools all over due to its growing reputation and electric atmosphere.

In 1994, after leaving school, Malky joined the Army — but his love for music never left him. He continued to DJ for his regiment and at venues overseas, bringing entertainment and a touch of home to soldiers and locals alike. His passion soon turned professional when he established himself as a DJ and event host at a local karaoke bar in Germany, later launching an entertainment agency providing discos and live entertainment for British Forces bases across the country.

During this time, Malky also spent three years working with the Forces’ radio network as a presenter and technical operator for outside broadcasts, honing his skills both on the mic and behind the scenes.

After returning to the UK during the recession to focus on family, Malky rebuilt his career from the ground up. Since 2005, he has become a well-established and award-winning wedding and party DJ across Staffordshire and Cheshire. Known for his professionalism, energy, and ability to read any crowd, Malky continues to follow his lifelong passion — creating unforgettable memories through music and entertainment.
