📢 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE – LITTLE HOUSE CATERING 💙

Firstly, thank you to everyone who continues to support our small business. We really do appreciate every booking!

Moving forward, we are introducing a deposit policy to help us manage bookings fairly and protect the time and preparation that goes into every event.

💜 Bookings under £500: 25% deposit
💛 Bookings £500 & over: 50% deposit

📅 Bookings will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

📝 Changes to bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event to help us maintain continuity, plan ahead and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

💷 The remaining balance will be payable on the day of your event or beforehand.

Unfortunately, this change has become necessary due to the number of cancellations and changes we have experienced. As a small business, these can have a significant impact on our time, preparation and costs.

Our policy is in line with the practices of other catering providers and will help us continue delivering the service our customers expect.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support. Every booking means a great deal to us! 💙💛
