✨ IMPORTANT NOTICE!✨
There’s a couple of things we need to address.
❌ PLEASE can anyone with dogs make sure that they’re picking their dogs faeces up BEFORE having any of our inflatables delivered! We will REFUSE to put them up if there is any on the ground when we arrive! ❌
❌ PLEASE could you LEAVE any inflatables hired from ourselves UP at ALL times, even in the wet weather! We will put down and roll them up! ❌
❌ PLEASE do NOT allow food or drinks to be taken onto or consumed on ANY of our inflatables! Not only is this for your child’s safety, but also it’s just not fair on us having to pick out pieces of food that get stuck in corners or smudged into the seams when cleaning them down! ❌
❌ When hiring any of our larger inflatables PLEASE measure your space to make sure what your ordering will fit. We have had quite a few bookings that have ordered larger castles with smaller gardens. We understand most bookings are for parties with specific times, however if booked without measuring and your wanting to change upon realising it doesn’t fit then unfortunately you are more than likely going to be waiting until the rest of the bookings are delivered to receive another! ❌
