Important Customer update,

Bigger and better things are coming...

It is with a little sadness we are saying goodbye to our pretty little shop, but after consideration we have made the decision to close the doors of our Wildflower Bridal boutique at the end of January 2024. Alongside the upcoming expiration of our lease this decision is due to staffing difficulties we have experienced at this location and the expansion of our flagship store in Darlington, this past month. As well providing an unrivalled exceptional level of experience and expertise we are now offering one of the largest choices of gowns in the North East in a boutique setting.

We are excited to announce that going forward our Wildflower Collection of unique one off dresses and our whimsical boho gowns will find a new home and be available to try on at our newly expanded flagship store Happily Ever After. This will sit alongside our existing vast collection and newest deliveries for the year ahead which are arriving thick and fast! This move is part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and experience ensuring that you can access collections including boho, modern, traditional, curves and off-the-peg all under one roof.

We are confident that going forward this transition can only elevate your bridal shopping experience. Giving all brides to be much more choice and unrivalled customer service in our breathtaking bridal suite with its feature glass sky lantern and bridal catwalk. We very much look forward to welcoming you at our Darlington location.

We want to express our gratitude to each and every one of you who has been a part of the Wildflower Bridal journey. Your support has been invaluable, and we have cherished being a part of your special moments and while we close the doors to the Wildflower shop it is definitely not farewell.

JOB OPPORTUNITY - SALES CONSULTANT

Wildflower Bridal boutique in Stockton is seeking a Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our clients to guide them in choosing the perfect wedding dress. This role requires you to draw in new brides and build our customer base using social various media platforms to gain awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome in the boutique.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist clients in selecting wedding dresses, veils, and accessories based on their style preferences, body type, and wedding theme, providing expert advice and guidance on bridal fashion trends, dress styles, and fabrics to best suit the client's needs.
• Prepare bridal dresses for fittings and accessorise outfits with appropriate veils, jewelry, and other accessories.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation of the boutique, including handling all related duties such as unpacking new inventory, tagging, steaming and creating visual displays including window dressing.
• Admin, social media, and follow-ups with clients via call or email.
• Consistently adhere to sales targets and individual KPI's.
• Attend wedding fairs.

Qualifications:

• Passion and basic knowledge of bridal fashion trends, styles, and fabrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide expert advice to meet the client's requirements.
• Proficient in the use of basic computer skills and all social media platforms.
• The ability to work weekends and flexible hours to accommodate clients' schedules is essential.
• A strong sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Must be able to drive.

Salary: Minimum Wage + Commission

Part-time flexible, 7-10 hours approx over 2-3 days depending on appointments: Thur or Fri, every Saturday and Sunday with one off each month.
